The Safety IntelliPoint Level Switch is designed for safety-critical point level detection with functional safety performance up to SIL2. It uses RF admittance technology with No‑Cal™ auto-calibration, Cote‑Shield™ coating immunity and an AutoVerify™ continuous self-test system. A Manual Certify™ feature allows users to validate system integrity without removing the sensor. Offering both loop-powered (4–20 mA) and line-powered options, it suits versatile installations and ensures reliable output in hazardous applications. Approved for use in SIL-level safety instrumented systems, it is ideal for high-integrity overfill protection, interface detection in oil and slurries, or level control in critical process vessels.
