The Nestec 3000 / 3000E Series are reliable, mechanical flow switches designed to monitor low-volume flow in dosing lines, chillers, lubrication systems, or general process circuits. Ideal for use in chemical dosing pumps, these compact switches are suited to both OEM and industrial use where size and simplicity are key.
Each unit is equipped with a robust reed switch mechanism that closes or opens a circuit when sufficient flow rate is detected. This switching action can be used to trigger alarms, activate relays, or interlock processes for safe and efficient system control. The 3000 Series is suitable for clean water or non-aggressive liquids, while the 3000E adds IP67 environmental protection for harsher environments.
