TriMod Besta, part of the Baumer Group, designs mechanical float switches that offer precise and reliable point level detection in a wide range of liquids. Their success lies in a unique modular approach, where each switch is built from three core components: a mounting flange, a float module adapted to the process medium, and a switch housing, either electric or pneumatic. This flexible architecture allows for easy customisation, reduced maintenance costs, and reliable integration into existing systems.

Besta float level switches are available in a wide variety of materials and configurations, including stainless steel, brass, and corrosion-resistant plastics. They support vertical or horizontal mounting, and are suitable for open or pressurised vessels. With models capable of operating at up to 100 bar and 400 °C, the range covers everything from standard industrial use to demanding marine and hazardous environments.
