Delivery Information and Shipping Terms

Fast, reliable shipping across the UK and beyond
In‑stock orders placed before 11 am (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day for next‑working‑day delivery to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed after 11 am will be processed the next working day.

Non‑stock and made‑to‑order items are shipped directly via our supply partners and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on product availability and lead time.

Delivery costs
All delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, item weight, and courier service. We do not currently offer free delivery. For large, urgent, or time-critical shipments, please contact us for a tailored quotation or expedited options.

Delivery locations and coverage
We ship throughout the UK, including remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands. Delivery times to these locations may vary. For international deliveries, please contact us in advance for a quote and lead time estimate.

Tracking and notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an automated shipping confirmation email with full tracking details. We use UPS as our primary courier, offering reliable and traceable delivery from warehouse to door.
