Aegex Direct Warranty

This is the ‘Direct Warranty’ from Aegex which covers mobile devices sold to you (customer) who have purchased the Aegex 10 device(s) included in the sales package (“Product”). This Direct Warranty does not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.

The enhanced extended Direct Warranty covers the tablet device and not the accessories which are covered by the standard 12 months warranty only.

Please note: Aegex also provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty on accessories and tablet batteries. These items are not included in the Aegex 10 warranty options though. The warranty period for accessories is 12 months. The warranty period for batteries is 6 months.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for any warranty claims.
