ABLE Instruments are an Official UK Representative for International Light Technologies (ILT), including the ILT800 UV Curing Belt Radiometer a compact, conveyor-style UV meter designed for in-process measurement of energy and irradiance in UV curing systems. Purpose-built for manufacturing environments, the ILT800 travels through the UV curing chamber on a moving belt, capturing real-time data on UV energy (J/cm²) and irradiance (W/cm²). Its low-profile form factor allows it to pass under lamps and inside ovens without disrupting workflow, enabling routine system checks and optimisation of curing efficiency.
The ILT800 is available in multiple configurations, each tuned to a specific UV wavelength band: UVA (365 nm), UVB (310 nm), UVC (254 nm), and broadband ranges. Results are stored internally and displayed on a colour LCD screen or downloaded via USB using ILT’s SenseLight software.
