Mid-West Model 127 Piston Type Differential Pressure OEM Indicator, 25 – 100 PSID

ABLE Instruments are Mid-West Instrument’s Official Representative for Sales and Service in the UK and Ireland, including the Model 127 Piston Type Differential Pressure OEM Indicator (0-25 to 0-100 PSID or equivalent). The Model 127 from Mid-West Instrument is an affordable and reliable OEM piston type indicator, designed for applications requiring differential pressure measurement. With a full-scale accuracy of ±5% and a differential pressure range of 0-25 PSID to 0-100 PSID, the Model 127 is suitable for a wide variety of uses. Despite its budget-friendly price, this model delivers exceptional performance, making it an excellent choice for installations that are indoors or within weather-protected enclosures.

Key features of the Model 127 include a rugged piston-type sensing element that ensures durability and accuracy. The device is built to resist corrosion and includes a shatter-resistant lens for enhanced durability. Over-range protection safeguards the gauge from high-over-low and low-over-high pressure spikes, contributing to its reliable operation. The Model 127 comes with a one-year warranty, underscoring its quality and the manufacturer’s confidence in its longevity.

The gauge is available in a compact dial size, with oval, single-side, or dual-side configurations measuring 1-1/4” x 2-1/4”. It maintains a differential full-scale ascending accuracy of ±5%, adhering to ASME B40.1 Grade D standards. Capable of withstanding working pressures up to 3000 PSIG (207 Bar) and operational temperatures from -40°F to +200°F (-40°C to +93°C), the Model 127 is robust and versatile. Constructed with high-quality materials, including aluminium or 316 stainless steel for the body and 316 stainless steel pistons and ceramic magnets for internal wetted parts, this model ensures high performance and durability.

Features:

  • Competitive pricing
  • Durable piston type design for the sensing element
  • Corrosion resistant construction
  • Shatter resistant lens
  • Over range protection, High over Low and Low over High
