Mid-West Model 146 Diaphragm Type Differential Pressure OEM Indicator, 5 – 30 PSID
ABLE Instruments are Mid-West Instrument’s Official Representative for Sales and Service in the UK and Ireland, including the Model 146 Diaphragm Type Differential Pressure OEM Indicator (0-5 to 0-30 PSID or equivalent). The Model 146 from Mid-West Instrument stands out as the most affordable OEM diaphragm-type indicator, designed for precise differential pressure measurement. With a full-scale accuracy of ±5% and a differential pressure range of 0-5 PSID to 0-30 PSID, it ensures reliable performance in various applications. This model is equipped with Plug-In DIN and Flying Lead electrical switch options, enhancing its versatility while maintaining a lower price point.
Model 146 features a rugged diaphragm-type sensing element, providing durability and consistent performance. The device is weather-resistant (with the DIN connector option) and corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for demanding environments. Its shatter-resistant lens further adds to its robustness. The over-range protection feature safeguards the gauge against high-over-low and low-over-high pressure conditions, ensuring reliable operation. The Model 146 is backed by a one-year warranty, reflecting the manufacturer’s confidence in its quality.
The gauge is available in a compact oval dial size with single or dual-side configurations measuring 1-1/4” x 2-1/4”. It offers a differential full-scale ascending accuracy of ±5%, in line with ASME B40.1 Grade D standards. The Model 146 can withstand working pressures up to 1000 PSIG (69 Bar) and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°F to +200°F (-40°C to +93°C). Constructed with high-quality materials, including an aluminium or 316 stainless steel body and 316 stainless steel pistons with ceramic magnets for internal wetted parts, this model ensures high durability and performance.
Features:
- Competitive pricing
- Durable piston type design for the sensing element
- Weather and corrosion resistant (electrical with DIN connector) construction
- Shatter resistant lens
- Over range protection, High over Low and Low over High
