The Nestec 22000 Series provides reliable flow/no-flow detection for large bore pipework using a mechanically actuated piston housed within the fluid stream. This robust spring-loaded piston mechanism responds to flow conditions and actuates an internal reed switch with SPDT output, providing a versatile control signal for pumps, alarms, or interlocks.

Designed for flow rates up to 100 L/min and beyond, the 22000 Series is well suited to heavy-duty cooling systems, pump protection, water distribution lines, or lubrication circuits. The all-metal construction ensures durability, while the absence of diaphragms or elastomers reduces long-term maintenance concerns.

The 22000 Series is available in a range of materials, including stainless steel and brass, with 1″ BSP threaded process connections as standard. The piston design allows mounting in either horizontal or vertical orientation, and the internal switching element is completely isolated from the process fluid.
