Petrel PLX Emergency Ex LED Portable Worklight
This Petrel PLX Emergency Ex LED Portable Worklight is certified for use in Zone 1 & 2, 21 & 22 hazardous locations and provides emergency lighting for up to 90 minutes following a power failure. In most emergencies that’s enough to evacuate a work area, tank or confined space safely, and could mean the difference between life and death. This particular model weighs in at 3.9kgs with 1064 x 175mmØ dimensions and provides up to 2,850 lumens of light in an emergency situation. Due to the PLX range unique design, this portable ATEX worklight produces 180° of light output at a frequency of 50/60Hz and the high-power LED light source uses various voltage options to create light that illuminates a wide variety of Zone 1 hazardous area applications. Petrel PLX ATEX portable lighting is manufactured solely in the UK and, in short, provides engineers with a rugged, reliable solution whilst remaining light enough to be carried around on-site easily. Essentially, the range utilises the very latest in solid state technology to deliver exceptionally high levels of warm, bright light from an LED light source that is extremely robust and durable.
