The Trico Opto-Matic Oiler is the original and most widely used constant level oiler, delivering reliable, gravity-fed lubrication for bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and other rotating equipment. It maintains a consistent oil level under varying operating conditions, helping to prevent overfilling, underfilling, and contamination, all of which contribute to equipment failure.

Opto-Matic Oilers are available with glass or high-strength plastic reservoirs in a range of capacities including 4oz, 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz. You can also choose between standard side-mount units or bottom feed versions, offering flexibility for alternative installation setups. For applications requiring extended service intervals, high-capacity models are also available. The open-system design is easy to install, provides clear oil level visibility, and allows for precise oil height control using an external sight gauge.
