The Trico Watchdog Oiler offers a robust, tamper-resistant design with a built-in sight glass to visually monitor oil level at a fixed point. Unlike adjustable oilers, this model sets the oil level based on the centreline of the sight body, eliminating human error and ensuring consistent lubrication. It is particularly suited to high-vibration environments, mobile equipment, or locations with limited access where set-and-forget reliability is essential.

Constructed with a durable sight glass and precision-machined metal body, the Watchdog Oiler mounts directly to lubrication points such as pump and motor bearings, gear housings, and blowers. It maintains oil level automatically using a gravity-fed reservoir that replenishes as needed, ensuring equipment stays properly lubricated even during continuous operation.

Watchdog Oilers are available in various reservoir materials and sizes, with threaded and flanged mounting configurations to support installation flexibility. Optional breather ports and oil filters can be integrated for additional protection in contaminated or humid environments.
