Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible products must be in original condition, with packaging, labels and unused.

Simple return process
Initiate your return via our online portal or contact us directly, no need to fuss. We’ll email a return label (QR code or printable) and instructions. Just package it securely, attach the label, and drop it off.

Who covers return shipping?
We absorb return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect. Otherwise, standard shipping costs apply.

Refunds / exchanges
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued via your original payment method. Exchanges or store credit are also available, just let us know your preference.

Stay informed
Once your return is logged, you’ll receive email updates; including tracking and confirmation once your refund is issued.
